  1. What does my ticket include?

    When you purchase a booking for events at Spago, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

  2. Can I give my booking away or sell it?

    You may choose to either gift or sell your booking by using the transfer feature within your Tock profile. To transfer a ticket, log in to your account (profile.tocktix.com), go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Bookings". Each ticket has a transfer button next to it.

  3. Do you accommodate for dietary restrictions?

    We will always try our best to accommodate any dietary requirements, as long as we know at least 48 hours in advance. Please tell us details in your booking notes or email spagoreservations@wolfgangpuck.com and we shall help as best we can.

  4. Do you offer valet parking?

    Yes. Valet parking is available at the restaurant entrance for $10.

  5. Do I have to purchase my Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve experience in advance?

    Yes. Due to the high demand of these holiday events, we must plan the evening in advance and will require fully confirmed and pre-purchased reservations. Spago will continue to accept reservations via OpenTable for all bookings that do not take place on these two evenings.

  6. I made a reservation on OpenTable. Am I confirmed for Christmas Eve?

    No. The reservation on OpenTable for Christmas Eve is a "soft hold" and will not guarantee you a table. You must complete the pre-pay process sent to you via email. If you did not receive the link to complete your purchase, please call the restaurant and we will be happy to assist in fully confirming your reservation via our pre-pay process.
